SHIPPING & PAYMENT
NewKind, a unit of SCJR Consumers Private Limited is committed to deliver orders with good quality packaging within time frame specified as below. To ensure that orders reach in good condition, in the shortest span of time, we ship through premier courier agencies only.
SHIPPING
Shipping for online orders is currently limited to specific pin-codes in India. We use third party shipping fulfilment service providers to ship your products to you. Orders are shipped through registered domestic courier companies. Orders are shipped within 24 to 48 hours from the order placement. Our endeavour is to ensure the products are delivered within 7 business days from the date of order confirmation. Delivery of all orders will be shipped to the shipping address as mentioned during the Checkout. Please note Sunday and Public Holidays are not set as business days for deliveries & order processing. Currently we offer only standard delivery. We will update as and when, we introduce express delivery options.
Successfully placed orders will receive an email confirmation with the order details. Please check your spam folder as well - if you did not receive an email, contact us. Once your product is shipped, you will also receive tracking details via an SMS.

All orders are processed from our own warehouse in Telangana (Hyderabad), India.
NON AVAILABILITY ON DELIVERY
Our delivery partners will attempt to deliver the package twice before it is returned back to us. Please ensure that complete & accurate address is provided including zip/pin code and mobile number in the delivery address as it will help in making a faster delivery.
MODES OF PAYMENT
For shipping in India we accept all major debit & credit cards and provide Net Banking Option across major banks. A customer may alternatively opt for cash on delivery (only applicable to limited pin codes). NOTE : No exchange or return is applicable on discounted products unless the product delivered is damaged or has manufacturing defects.
